Here’s a great project for the diy bride and party planners out there: paper confetti cones. {It’s easy, I promise!} All you need is paper, double-stick tape, a utility knife (like x-acto), and a printer. Once done, simply fill with your confetti of choice — be it flower petals, bird seed, or paper confetti — and you’ve got yourself one pretty little detail that people will notice.
